A 3x3 Manifesto to help CEOs weather the AI hurricane makes building and switching cheap.

Business as usual isn’t an option. AI is turning every successful company into a software-enabled company—and increasingly, an AI company. Local shop or global SaaS: the winners will compress cycle times, raise quality, and make better decisions faster than competitors can react.
Here's my 3x3 AI Manifesto for leaders and companies who intend to thrive with AI rather than get crushed by it.

🧭 PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
1) Be Sufficiently Ambitious
Recalibrate what's possible—and on what timeline. What used to be "T-shirt size XXL" is now "XXS." If your roadmap still assumes last year's speed, you're already behind.
2) No Feature Factory
Just because you can ship a feature "in real time" doesn't mean you should. AI makes building cheaper; it doesn't make value automatic. Ruthlessly prioritize outcomes, customer pull, and measurable impact.
3) The PM Bottleneck
As building gets easy, deciding what to build becomes the hard part. Product strategy, sequencing, and trade-offs become your constraint. Rebalance senior talent around product management and software architecture: fewer "build squads," more decision horsepower.

🛠️ SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
4) The 10x10 Mindset
Organize for 10x better product, delivered 10x faster. This is not a motivational poster; it's an operating model. Expect pushback from the team. Plan for it. Lead through it.
5) Disciplined Prototyping
Prototype aggressively—but don't wander. Define the question first: What are we validating? What would make us stop? What would make us double down? An afternoon of prototyping must end with a clear decision and a path forward.
6) AI-Native Dev Process
Humans do architecture + specs. AI does the bulk of the coding. Humans + AI do QA. Your experienced devs are still key to success—they become leads who review, guide, and integrate the output of "junior AI," similar to how they once managed junior engineers.

📣 MARKETING, DEMAND GEN & SALES
7) Individualized Campaigns
The trade-off between "go broad" vs "go specific" is dissolving. Use AI to create customer-specific messaging and assets at scale—campaigns must feel like 1:1, not 1:many.
8) Demand-Gen Machine
AI should expand your TAM coverage and improve lead quality: better lists, better enrichment, better targeting, better follow-up. Put AI in the hands of SDRs/BDRs and harness their creativity.
9) Sales Power Players
Sales must absorb faster product velocity and higher iteration rates. Train for constant change: positioning, objection handling, enablement, and deal motion. The ability to sell what's "new this week" becomes a core competency—and top salespeople who can "sell anything" will thrive.
Save it, share it, argue with it!
